1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel any un-shipped order directly by emailing support@vehasilver.com or calling customer care. Upon cancellation, 100% of your paid amount will be refunded instantly to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If your package has already been picked up by our courier partner, simply refuse delivery upon doorstep arrival. Once the parcel returns to our warehouse, a full refund will be processed.
